ehydra started on a workshop floor, building hydrogen powertrains for commercial vehicles. The engineering was the part we knew how to do. What surprised us was everything after it — the grant paperwork, the pricing, the diligence questions we had never been asked before.

We watched the same thing happen to every team around us. Brilliant hardware, stalled at the point where it needed to become a business. Nobody was standing in that gap.

So we became the thing we needed. One team that can weld a fixture on Tuesday and sit in a term-sheet conversation on Wednesday, without either half getting lost in translation.
